The week the Rosners left San Diego, Noah and Silas wanted to spend every waking minute together. It was so precious. Noah keeps praying for Silas in his bedtime prayers, and saying "Silas is in Alabama. I like Silas. I want to see Silas.

It has been wonderful to see Noah have a close friend other than family!
On the up side...Noah did kind of make a friend today. It started while Nathaniel was sitting on the side of the road, playing his guitar for money. (His idea.) He even wrote signs saying "Guitar player -->" and put them on the trees on our block.

Soon, the group started to grow as a little boy from across the street brought over his drum.

So Noah became friends with this little guy, Dante, and brought him into wonderful video game land.

Well, he's not Silas, but I think we may have a new friend!

What cuties...love the idea, will play for money! lol Way to go Nathaniel! Yeah for old and new friends!
So, Did he make any money?
It's like reading a picture book.
Yay for new friends - and innovative ways to make money when you're too young to get a job. Heehee.
I enjoy hearing how your family is doing. My husband and I were reflecting on the past one year since our little son was thought to possibly have autism. We didn't know where to start or what to do, but my husband remembered reading your husband's blog and that your Noah had autism. Your optimism and determination gave us hope and direction early to go after ABA and gf/cf, and it is paying off. We continue to be hopeful for our son's language to keep coming like it has for Noah. Our Josiah will be three in October, and little by little, he keeps improving. Plus, he's such a happy and smiley little guy. He has that same light in his eyes. Thanks for sharing. Know that it impacts others. Tahni Cullen: www.hopingnotcoping.wordpress.com.
